Our Promise: Ensuring for the utmost quality in our work is a crucial aspect of our art. If you ever have a concern about your order, please contact us immediately so that we can remedy the situation promptly. Your satisfaction is our promise.
Custom Pricing: Following your meeting with a design consultant, Sugar Paper will generate an initial estimate for your order. Keep in mind that estimates may be adjusted throughout the design process to accommodate changes made to the design. Upon acceptance of the original estimate, a 65% deposit is taken to begin the design process. The remainder of your balance is charged upon final approval of your design.
Turnaround Time: Design, printing and delivery of your order requires 6-8 weeks. Please keep this timing in mind when placing your order. Orders ship 4-6 weeks from the time of final approval.
Holiday Orders: The holiday season is our busiest time. As such, we recommend placing your orders early. Orders placed after November 15th require a 20% up-charge. To ensure for holiday delivery, the cut-off date for holiday orders is the Wednesday prior to Thanksgiving. All orders placed after that date require a 40% rush fee.
Gift Wrapping: All Sugar Paper orders can be beautifully gift wrapped for a $12 (per item) wrapping fee.
Shipping: Sugar Paper offers overnight, two-day and three-day UPS shipping services. Please select your shipping preference during check-out or notify your design consultant of your preference.
Messenger Services: For an additional fee, Sugar Paper offers messenger services to clients in the Los Angeles area.
